The Voice of the Victorious Church

Has the Church lost it's voice? Why does most of the Church remain silent when God has told us to preach? We have a voice and we need to use it. God wants to speak through His Church and turn up the volume, intensity and effectiveness. Where do you fit in? Are you saying what He is saying? Are you willing?
