God Has Given Us

God has given us a spirit of a "sound mind". What exactly does that mean? And just because God has given it to us does that mean that we don't need to do a thing to possess and maintain our "sound mind"? Our mind is part of our soul and whatever (or whoever) controls our mind controls us. We must learn to live free from fear and all influence of the enemy. And this begins with taking control of our mind.
