Jesus wasn’t giving us a shortcut or a script in prayer when He was teaching His disciples to pray, He wants us to expect the help of the Holy Spirit in prayer. When we don’t know the will of God in a certain situation, the Holy Spirit does. When we allow the Holy Spirit to pray through us we tap into a greater level of His grace.
