The world is in a downward spiral of fear. Refuse to conform to the world and its ways.
Romans 12:1–2 (NKJV)
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
The enemy understands that his time is short. He is walking about as a roaring lion spreading fear in the hearts of those who have no clue what is happening in these last of the last days. Fear breeds in the environment of ignorance.
When we wake up every morning we are responsible to present ourselves (spirit, soul and body) as a living sacrifice to God. We are to humble ourselves before Him so that He can multiply His grace to us and show us through His word how to think, talk and act. The transformation that takes place when you put the word of God in your heart and mind is revolutionary. Each time you submit to the word of God you put yourself in a place to remove fear.
Fear has no good qualities. Fear is not from God. It should be resisted and not invited. We have not been given a spirit of fear, so quit purposely exposing yourself to the spirit of fear.
One tactic of the enemy in our day is the horror movies and horror houses. The world and the enemy thrive on fear. Halloween is a celebration of the dead that centers around fear and dread. There is nothing "happy" about halloween. Each year this seemingly innocent "celebration" becomes more and more devious and demonic.
We should have nothing to do with the unfruitful works of darkness. Meditate on these two passages of scripture in relation to the "celebration of dead".

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.
Ephesians 5:8–14 (NKJV)
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.”
Don't conform to the fear in the world. Refuse to just accept what the enemy is doing. Resist fear, it does not belong to you.
Confession:
"I submit myself, spirit, soul and body to the Lord each and everyday in order to be transformed by His Word. I resist the fear of the world and the enemy. God has filled me with His peace and His love and there is no fear in me. I stand bold against fear and resist the spirit of fear. I am filled with the spirit of power, peace and faith!"
